Months 7-9

- 1-5x per week training sessions

What does it cost?
The pricing structure for our personal training services revolves around the idea that the long you stay with us, the cheaper it gets for you. The hardest part about fitness is getting committed in the short term, and later maintaining that. We don’t lock you into any long-term contracts. You start on a month-to-month membership, and after three months the price goes down. Another three months and the price drops again. Finally there is one last drop once you hit 10 months, and it stays that same price for however long you are with us. This is all to reward you for your hard work, make personal training more affordable, and allow you to stay committed to your fitness goals. We even offer a thirty day money back guarantee. What exactly is semi-private personal training?
Our semi-private personal training model is different than most other gyms and personal training studios out there.Most personal trainers will only provide one-on-one personal training or group personal training.
The majority of the time the group personal training has everybody doing the same workouts.
That’s where our semi-private personal training model differs.
- Personalized/custom workouts based on your needs and goals. Not a cookie-cutter workout where everyone else is doing the exact same workout..
- Nutritional consults to help you get the best results possible that are permanent.
- Success sessions to talk about your goals and help you get your mindset in the right place to achieve your goals.
- 1-hour training sessions which include a combination of a dynamic warm-up, strength training, and circuit training.
- Cardio protocol to do on your own to optimize your results.
We basically provide all the benefits of one-on-one personal training in a semi-private atmosphere.
We have no more than 4 people in a session with a trainer. Each one of the clients will be doing their very own workouts that are pre-written based on their consult and one-on-one training session.
In addition to your individualized workouts you get the camaraderie and motivation of a semi-private/small-group atmosphere.
It’s an atmosphere that all of our clients love because you have someone there that is going through a similar situation, without any competition from the other people in your sessions.
