At ReDefineRVA, we offer three types of training services to suit your preferences and goals:
1. 1-on-1 Personal Training: Individualized attention and fully customized training tailored specifically for you.
2. 2-on-1 Training: Train with a friend or partner, receiving personalized guidance at a discounted rate compared to 1-on-1.
3. Semi-Private Training: Semi-private/small group sessions (capped at 4/session), providing a balance of personal attention and a supportive group atmosphere.
You can select any of our services 1-5 times per week, or even combine different services to meet your needs. Below are the two flexible payment options available:
Monthly Recurring Payments
This option involves paying for a regular, recurring monthly training package based on the number of sessions you want per week. For example, if you choose to train 2 times per week, we’ll set up a recurring payment plan that automatically charges you each month for those 2 weekly sessions. You can choose any combination of 1-on-1, 2-on-1, or semi-private sessions. This option provides a slight discount compared to session packages, offering stability and convenience for both you and your trainer.
Session Packages
This is a one-time purchase for a specific number of sessions (available in 10, 25, 50, or 75 sessions). You have the flexibility to use these sessions at your own pace, whether you prefer 1-on-1, 2-on-1, or semi-private sessions, or even a mix of all three. These packages are priced slightly higher than the monthly recurring option due to the extended expiration period and the ability to train on your own schedule.
