Bio
Callie (she/her) has lived in Richmond since 2019 and worked at many area fitness centers and gyms in personal training, nutrition coaching, and yoga instruction. With a passion for encouraging and advancing the wellness goals of her clients, Callie seeks to inspire, support, and invigorate her clients, helping each to move into new and challenging spaces of movement and find greater mental and physical health along the way. When she isn’t lifting heavy things or stomping along a woodland trail, she enjoys reading, caring for her beloved houseplants, and cooking.
