  • What happens in a typical training session?

    Your trainer will guide you through your personalized workout, coaching your form, adjusting weights, and keeping you on track. Every session is tailored to your program — no two clients do the same workout unless they have the same goals and needs.
  • How long are the sessions?

    All training sessions are scheduled for 1 hour.
  • How many times a week should I train?

    Most of our clients train 2-3 times per week, which gives the best balance of progress and recovery. We offer 1x, 2x, 3x and all the way up to 5x per week options. Your trainer will help you find the right frequency based on your goals and schedule.
  • How long will it take to see results?

    Most clients notice improvements in strength, energy, and how they feel within the first few weeks. Visible body composition changes typically take 6-8 weeks of consistent training. Your trainer will help you set realistic milestones along the way.
  • What are the qualifications of your personal trainers?

    All of our trainers are certified and bring various levels of expertise and specialization. Being a personal training studio — not a big box gym — we focus on connecting with our clients, understanding their goals, and customizing their program to help them get there.
  • Will I work with the same trainer every time?

    For 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 training, yes - you'll have the same dedicated trainer. For semi-private sessions, you can schedule with any available trainer since your personalized program follows you regardless of which trainer is coaching that session.
  • Do you offer nutritional guidance?

    Yes. All of our training services include some level of nutritional guidance and planning as part of your program. We'll help you make sustainable changes that support your training goals.
  • Where are you located?

    We're located at 2609 W. Cary Street, Richmond, VA 23220 in the heart of the Fan district. Street parking is available along Cary Street and the surrounding blocks.
  • What are your hours?

  • How do I book a session?

    You can book and manage your sessions through our mindbodyonline mobile app or through the browser link. Your trainer will help you get set up when you start.
