  • Months 1-3

    These are the hardest months. You’re changing things around, and this can be difficult. Having more “skin in the game” will keep you dedicated when you first start working out.

  • Months 4-6

    The first price drop! Congratulations on making some great strides. The training is not a problem anymore and you’re getting used to working out at least a few times a week. Now you’re starting to understand how important nutrition is for your transformation. You eat well most of the time, but there’s still some work to be done!

  • Months 7-9

    You’ve earned your second price drop for consistency and commitment over the past six months. Your results are really starting to show! Working out is fun. Eating healthy has even become a passion. But you still have more milestones to reach.

  • Months 10+

    This price reflects the choice you’ve made to be the personal best version of yourself! You’re eating healthier than ever before. You’re stronger than you’ve ever been. You’re looking good, feeling confident, and loving life. Health and fitness is now a lifestyle for you!


So What Does Semi-Private Personal Training Include?

  • 3, 4, or 5x per week semi-private personal training
  • Nutritional consults and guidance

What does it cost?

The pricing structure for our personal training services revolves around the idea that the long you stay with us, the cheaper it gets for you. The hardest part about fitness is getting committed in the short term, and later maintaining that. We don’t lock you into any long-term contracts. You start on a month-to-month membership, and after three months the price goes down. Another three months and the price drops again. Finally there is one last drop once you hit 10 months, and it stays that same price for however long you are with us. This is all to reward you for your hard work, make personal training more affordable, and allow you to stay committed to your fitness goals. We even offer a thirty day money back guarantee. If you aren’t satisfied with your training after thirty days, no harm done, we’ll refund you your money.

We basically provide all the benefits of one-on-one personal training in a semi-private atmosphere.

We have no more than 6 people in a session with a trainer. Each one of the clients will be doing their very own workouts that are pre-written based on their consult and one-on-one training session.

In addition to your individualized workouts you get the camaraderie and motivation of a semi-private/small-group atmosphere.

It's an atmosphere that all of our clients love because you have someone there that is going through a similar situation, without any competition from the other people in your sessions.
