What to expect before your first session

  • We will perform basic strength testing which will serve as your baseline strength numbers for final challenge results
  • We will take measurements (weight, body fat, and inches) that will serve as your baseline for final challenge results

Winners receive one of three prizes

  • 1st place – 1 Night stay at The Jefferson Hotel (Dinner and Brunch included) + $500 gift card
  • 2nd place – $500 gift card
  • 3rd place – $250 gift card

What kind of results can I expect?

You can expect to get stronger, drop body fat, and lose some weight. On top of that, exercise has numerous other benefits including:
