Is Commitment Holding You Back With Your Fitness Goals?

Believe it or not, everybody wants to be fit.

You want to be fit, the person on the corner of the street eating a hot dog wants to be fit, even the person that eats fast food everyday wants to be fit.

So what’s the problem?

Well honestly it’s commitment.


Most people just don’t take the time to get where they want to be.

If I was able to fix any two spots on your body right now, at this instance, what would it be?


  • Stomach
  • Thighs
  • Or occasionally flabby arms


  • Stomach
  • Bigger arms

These are the responses I typically hear when I ask somebody that.  I mean who wouldn’t want a flat stomach or six pack right?

The problem is that a lot people look in the mirror everyday and aren’t happy with the way they look.  Some words that come to their mind are:

  • Disgusting
  • Fat
  • Unattractive

Now as harsh as that sounds, I get that from people after speaking to them about how they feel about themselves.  These are thoughts that could have been popping up in their heads for years.

What if I told you that I could fix those problems for you.  Not today of course but maybe 12 months from now, and that you will be looking in the mirror having words in your head such as:

  • Happy
  • Attractive
  • Confident
  • Proud

Wouldn’t that be worth the hard work, if only for one year out of your life?

Of course you say yes now, but most people never get to that point.  They don’t commit and think forward to what could be.

Instead they’re loaded with “quick fixes” and “magical pills” that are never permanent solutions.  They want 10 minute fixes to something that has been occurring for years and years.

Nothing will fix that in a week, but over time it can be done.

All you have to do is commit.
