We at ReDefine:RVA are extremely excited to, once again, be expanding our service offerings!  We have been humbled and honored by the opportunity to touch lives through fitness in the Richmond, VA community.  We have decided to take this service into the virtual realm and being offering the following:

Virtual 1-on-1 Personal Training

Includes 1-on-1 sessions administered via Zoom with a designated coach.  Programs/workouts will fully encompass all of your abilities and equipment and effectively get you to your goals.

This service also includes full access to our Virtual Group Training service

  • 2x/week – $499/month ~$55/session
  • 3x/week – $599/month  ~$45/session

This service is best for people working out at home with or without equipment

Virtual Group Training 

Meet with a group and one of our elite coaches for an instructor led group workout centered around bodyweight training with the capability of adding equipment (bands, dumbbells etc.).  We run these at 3 times per day, 7am, 12pm, and 5:30pm Monday through Friday, and at 9am every Saturday.

  • Unlimited access – $219/month
  • Includes the option for a coaching call 1x/week

This service is best for people working out at home without equipment

Online Training

Get a custom designed program for you to follow entirely based on your individual goals, what you have access to, and your ability level.  This is delivered via a sophisticated training software complete with exercise tutorials, messaging portal, and a calendar for scheduling workouts.

  • $149/month
  • Includes a coaching call 1x/week

This service is best for a self-motivated individual who works out either at home or at a public/box gym.

One of the biggest obstacles with working out at home or virtually is accountability.  Unlike with a typical subscription, our services provide scheduled sessions and face to face (virtual) contact with a COACH who will help hold you accountable.  In addition to that, you can schedule weekly coaching calls that help keep you focused and on track, or just allow you a platform to navigate things going on in your world.

Just like our in-person services at ReDefine:RVA, we will be offering a FREE consultation and movement assessment to anyone who’s interested in these services.  We use this consultation to answer any questions you may have, learn about your medical and exercise history, and ultimately guide you in the right direction to help you reach your goals.

We at ReDefineRVA have been humbled by the overwhelming interest and support our semi-private personal training service has received since we opened our doors in 2013. Even with hundreds of clients obtaining results with our semi-private training, we’re constantly looking to improve and better serve the diverse community of Richmond.  This is why we are proud to introduce 2 new services alongside our thriving semi-private personal training community.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Who’s it for?:

In short, 1-on-1 personal training is designed for everyone because it is not dictated by a group setting.  1-on-1 guarantees that on any given day, you will get the BEST training session possible.

With ReDefine:RVA, you’ll get coached by some of the best coaches in Richmond.  Coaches who know that everyone is different and their approach to training, nutrition, and recovery should reflect that.  With our 1-on-1 training, you will be well on your way to the fittest and healthiest you’ve ever been.

This service is for people who:

  1. May be brand new to exercise
  2. Are looking to be challenged on an entirely individual basis
  3. Need that extra bit of accountability that working with someone 1-on-1 will provide


With 1-on-1 Personal Training, you can be confident that you are getting the exact coaching you need for your goals and abilities.  This ranges from nutrition guidance, to program design, to recovery, and all the way to your psychology.

Online Personal Training

Who’s it for?:

Online personal training is not for everyone.  It requires that you already have a good habit of holding yourself accountable to your commitments and that you don’t lack the drive or discipline to start and maintain an exercise program.

Because there is no face-to-face contact with online training, the biggest obstacle is accountability.  This can make it hard for some people to stay committed to.  And if there’s one thing that is inherently true in fitness, it’s that consistency is the biggest factor in your success.

That said, online training is best for someone who:

  • Has some prior experience with weight training or has had a coach in the past
  • Overall does not struggle to find motivation or can employ discipline in their training
  • Is technologically savvy enough to communicate entirely through a virtual setting
  • Has a very busy schedule, travels a lot, or finds it difficult to assimilate into the schedule of a brick and mortar location
